• Put "subscribe infected" in the subject line.

• Send mail to behfar@cs.uchicago.edu
• Put "unsubscribe infected" in the subject line.

• Send mail to infected@cs.uchicago.edu

One thing that could be annoying to some people is the fact that if you get a post from infected in your mail and try to respond to it by the default "reply" function of your mailer, it might be the case that it only goes to the original sender, as opposed to the whole list. Some people on Infected have said that they actually prefer that, but it might be unintuitive to others.
