- Album Trivia
For a complete discography please you could go to Steve Hill's discography but it seems to be a bad link at the moment. Here is a minor listing:
- Burning Blue Soul - 1981
- Re-released in 1983 & 1993
- The Pornography of Despair - ~1982
- Soul Mining February 10, 1984
- Infected January 9, 1987
- Mind Bomb June 23, 1989
- Dusk - January 22, 1993
- Solitude - 1993
- Compilation of the EPs Shades of Blue and Disinfected
- Hanky Panky - February 10, 1995
There are a few official videos:
- Infected - several (8 I think) music videos in movie form
- The The Versus The World - Concert video of the Mind Bomb tour
- From Dusk Till Dawn - Several videos intermixed with interviews with people on the street.
- For more possible videos see the RoIO section.
...
Here are a few I've run into
- "Infected" (the songbook)
- Released 1987. Contains lyrics, guitar tabs, paintings, and background of The The and MJ since 1979
- Alive (Promotional CD/LP)
- Released Summer 1989. Interview disc with a mixture of live and album songs in between questions
PoD is an unreleased album made sometime around 1982. MJ reportadely scrapped the project after second thoughts about the quality of the album. There were (according to MJ) around 1,000 to 2,000 promotional copies made.
This listing is based on the "Slow Train To Dawn" web site's information concerning PoD.
- Three Orange Kisses From Kazan
- The Nature of Virtue
- Mental Healing Process
- Absolute Liberation
- Dumb As Death's Head
- Screw Up Your Feelings
- Waitin' For The Upturn
- Leap Into The Wind
- The Sinking Feeling
- Fruit Of The Heart (instrumental)
- Soup Of Mixed Emotions (instrumental)
Not competely. "Screw Up Your Feelings" has never been released as a B-side. I'm attempting to put together an exact listing of where to find the other B-sides. If know any, please write me.
NakedSelf
- If "DecemberSunlight" reminds you of Mind Bomb's "August & September", there's a reason. Prior to playing "DecemberSunlight" for the first time on The World Tour of Tiny Spaces in Baltimore (November 1999), Matt Johnson introduced it as being the sequel to "August & September."
